Coaching At The Desk
The purpose “Coaching At The Desk” is to provide coaches (Directors, Sales Managers, Senior Managers) with a simple method for the transfer of knowledge and skill to a learner by explaining, demonstrating, observing, and providing feedback on specific tasks while at the desk.
Session Objectives:
- Increase ability to transfer knowledge and skill
- Understand how we learn
- Learn how to deliver “Constructive Feedback”
- Build Learner’s confidence and skills they need to succeed
- Provide a transferable model within any sales organization
